Role Overview

We’re seeking a highly organized, creative, and collaborative Producer to lead the planning and execution of our digital content and event productions. As a Producer at GEM, you’ll be the hub between strategy, creative, and client teams—making sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and at a high standard of excellence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves managing creative projects, and has a sharp eye for both the big picture and the fine details.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of digital productions, including virtual events, video shoots, content series, and client presentations
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams during the production process
Develop and manage production timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate with designers, editors, writers, and technical teams to bring concepts to life
Ensure quality control at every step—from creative brief to final delivery
Troubleshoot production challenges and pivot as needed
Contribute to creative development and bring solutions-oriented thinking to each project
Ensure all productions align with GEM’s standards and client brand guidelines

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience producing digital content, video, or virtual events (agency or studio experience preferred)
Proven success managing creative teams and cross-functional projects
Strong communication and client management skills
Deep understanding of the production process and the ability to translate strategy into action
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.) and file-sharing platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox)
Familiarity with digital platforms (Zoom, OBS, Streamyard, etc.) is a plus
Creative thinker with a calm, can-do attitude under pressure

Bonus Points For

Experience in virtual/hybrid event production or livestreaming
Background in digital storytelling or interactive content
Passion for creative technology, ethical AI, or future-forward brand experiences
Comfortable working across time zones with a global team
