Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive work environment, managing HR operations, and supporting our diverse, remote workforce. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about cultivating a thriving organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. 
• Coordinate recruitment processes: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. 
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements. 
• Manage benefits administration and liaise with external providers. 
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement. 
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. 
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
• Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a creative or tech-driven environment. 
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities. 

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP). 
• Experience with remote team management and international HR practices. 
• Familiarity with ethical AI tools and digital event production environments.
